Sarju Raikundalia

Sarju is a CIMA qualified Accountant who has worked in large and small organisations, FTSE 100 experience and micro business start-ups.
He has a proven track record as an entrepreneur of launching new and successful businesses and is able to demonstrate strong leadership, stakeholder management, business development, financial management, communication and organisational skills.
Sarju is skilled in strategy, reporting, budgeting, risk management, business planning, financial analysis & commercial decision support, financial control, systems implementations & process improvements.
He has personal experience, for the past 4 years caring for his elderly neighbours and close family members through their later years.
With a passion to give back to the community and to use his array of skills in a productive way Sarju became a school governor for his local school in 2015.
In June 2021 (to date) he was given the opportunity to become a board member of the Lionheart Trust having 14 schools within the Academy. Sarju, is the link for the Finance, Risk and Audit committee.


Jasbir Singh
Co Founder / Director
Jasbir is a versatile and entrepreneurial director with over 20 years’ multi-sector experience, working across sales, marketing, advertising, accounts, budgeting, market analysis, forecasting and client needs assessments.
Experienced in working with organisations in highly regulated environments, local government and FTSE100 companies. A motivational and highly effective leader, with an impressive commercial background; coaching and inspiring teams, developing new opportunities, transforming performance and forging productive and organic relationships.
He has personal experience caring for his elderly neighbours and close family members all of whom have struggled with Dementia through their later years. Also through Voluntary Action South Leicestershire (VASL) he has, as a volunteer worked with a number of their clients offering help and companionship over weekends.
The vision for U&I originates with Jas and his colleagues in its inception, and more so the direction for U&I and its Vision and Objectives are headed by Jas hence his position with overall leadership of the company.
Amy Kerti
Dementia Specialist Nurse & Coach
With over 20 years of experience, Amy is dedicated to enhancing the lives of people living with dementia and their families. Her career spans influential clinical, national, and academic roles, including developing four Admiral Nurse services and working as a Consultant Nurse advancing national dementia care, policy, and education.
Drawing on clinical experience and an academic background in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, Amy founded Empatia Specialist Dementia Coaching, a unique service empowering individuals and families to navigate the changes that arise from dementia.
By combining expertise with insights from people with lived experience, Amy equips families with the tools to stay well, understand the condition, plan for the future, and thrive within their communities.


Tim Harrison

With a career spanning over two and a half decades, Tim brings a wealth of experience in Operations and Marketing to the team at U&I Care. His journey began in the dynamic world of brand and marketing, where he honed his skills in creating impactful strategies and driving operational excellence.

Jayne Orson
Care Coordinator
Jayne is our trusted Care Coordinator, playing a key role in our home care team. With a background in nursing, Jayne has a strong skill set in patient care, combined with a natural ability to understand and connect with people. She found her passion in home care, where she applies her skills to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Jayne is dedicated to creating care plans that are just right for each client, pairing them with caregivers who not only meet their needs but also match their personalities.
