What is respite care?

Respite care provides short-term assistance when your regular caregivers are unavailable.

Respite care serves as a provisional service offered by professional caregivers for a wide range of care needs, such as assisted living, residential care, different forms of dementia care, and nursing care.

What's involved in respite care?

It’s perfect for occasions when the usual caregiver requires a pause, or when there’s a need for temporary support.

At U&I Care by Kerala Ayurveda Centre, we consistently offer respite care to individuals in diverse situations, all under the strict supervision of the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Common scenarios necessitating respite care include:

After an accident

Hospital discharge

Recovery from surgery

Covering a regular carer

Specialist care needed

Healthy and rejuvenating lifestyle
"I was apprehensive about having a stranger look after my husband. Meeting our carer changed everything - their expertise and exceptional care quickly eased my fears, making it easier for me to step away.
